Community Health and Rural Development Programme

putting hope for the deprived through volunteerism  



 

 

CHREP is mobilizing and sensitizing 20 rural and peri-urban communities on issues of HIV/AIDS. This project target to prevent some 400 children (youth in and out of schools) from HIV/AIDS in the cities. This project  will train and equipped 40 volunteers from the communities who are educating people in their communities, and also providing house-to-house sensitization and education support to families and households. This project is implementing in Yendi district of the northern of Ghana

 

The organisation is implementing livelihood project in Yendi District, which  funded by Agriculture sector improvement programme under the ministry of Agric 2007and we are mobilizing and training 2 women economic groups involving 40 rural women in the District and this women will provided with micro-credit to capitalize their income generating activities.
